NEW "Bag of the Month Club" - The Quick Clutch Wallet

The Quick Clutch Wallet from the new Bag of the Month series by Pam Damour

This new series focuses on techniques of purse & wallet construction.

There are a lot of great patterns out there to make wallets like this, but this will address many of the pitfalls encountered when making them. When you make this wallet, it's like eating potato chips! You'll want to make more than one. The quilted outer layer gives the look of a high end fabric clutch wallet, while the many inner card pockets, bill pockets and zippered pocket holds everything you need. There's even a loop to hold your pen.

Pattern variations are included and gives you more flexibility to personalize this wallet.

Saturday, February 29th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Instructor: Myra Ortmann
Instructor Bio: I was inspired to learn how to sew from my Home Economics teacher in high school. I started quilting in 2002 but was more interested in a project that could be completed in a shorter period of time. My favorite thing to sew is purses and wallets. So, I began teaching purse/tote classes in 2013. I love to add my own variations to patterns and encourage others to do the same. I am a mother of 3 grown children & a grandmother of one. I currently attend college at Savannah Technical College and am studying to be a dental hygienist.
