Volunteer

Have you ever wondered if you would be one of those lucky ones who could work at a museum? Would you like to meet people from all over the world? You can! The Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum would like to invite you to volunteer. Volunteering is an exciting way to share your knowledge and enhance your learning. You do not have to know anything about quilting!

The following volunteer positions are available:
  • Gallery Docent
  • Librarian
  • Class instructor for both adults and children; basics sewing and quilt making
  • Office Assistant
  • Trunk Show presenter
  • Special event staffing

Volunteer incentives include:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Quarterly volunteer meetings offering in-depth information about the exhibits, alerts about upcoming events, and a chance to chat with other volunteers
  • Annual volunteer party and recognition
