All pricing is valid only on orders placed via the website. In-store pricing may vary.
BACKORDERS & SOLD OUT ITEMS
Occasionally an item may be on backorder or sold out, or we do not have enough yardage to complete your fabric order. We will contact you by phone or email if this is the case. Remaining items on your order will be held for you until we have contacted you and resolved the fulfillment issue. If we cannot fill an item on your order we are happy to suggest a substitute, replace it with a different item entirely, or issue a refund for that item to your account.
ADJUSTMENTS TO ORDERS
Choose the wrong color, amount, size or wrong product all together? To make a change to your order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help you get the products you really wanted! Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 830-620-1382.
After placing your order, should you decide you don't want it after all, please contact us immediately by phone (830-620-1382). If the order has not yet been processed, we will cheerfully cancel all or part of it. If the order has already processed and shipped, you may return it to us and we will credit you for the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee, subject to the return policy detailed above. We do not refund original or return shipping costs
Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge.
Your order is important! We are committed to shipping your order within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes USPS/FedEx to deliver to your particular address - in most cases you can expect your order in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are based on the amount of the order. Please refer to the chart below. We use the US Postal Service and FedEx for shipping. Shipping and return policies are listed below the rate chart.
International shipping: Due to price differences for international shipments, shipping charges for each international order will be assessed separately. Once you place your order, we will invoice you via PayPal the cost of the additional shipping charges. If you would like an estimate of the shipping charges prior to placing your order, please email us at email@example.com with your shipping address and the items you wish to order so we can estimate the size and weight of the shipment and calculate the anticipated charges.

We are happy to assist with rush orders. Expedited shipping is be available upon request. Expedited shipping rates are based on the actual size and weight of the order, so we cannot quote exact charges to you until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipment will be invoiced to you via PayPal.
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER!
If we made a mistake or if the fabric is defective, we'll pay for the expense to return the incorrect/defective items, and we'll send a replacement or process a refund right away. To insure credit for your returns, you must contact us prior to shipping return merchandise (see details below). Unless the error was on our part, we do not refund shipping costs.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON:
- Cut fabric (excluding manufacturer pre-cuts)
- Copyrighted materials (patterns, books, magazines, pantographs, etc)
- Opened computer software
- Opened DVDs.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of original shipment. Before sending the return product back to us, you must contact Quilt Haus by phone, 830-620-1382, or email, email@example.com, for return authorization.
- If the return is a result of defect or damage, you will receive a credit for the return shipping fees, and we will replace the item with no additional charges.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will replace the item(s) with no additional shipping charge, or credit the original sales price for the item(s) and the related portion of the shipping charge.
- If returning unwanted items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee on the unwanted items; the remaining amount will be credited.
