Kyle Pierce- Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Piano

Kyle has been teaching professionally since 2003 and full time at Paragon since 2011.

He was introduced to music at an early age through his musical family and took piano lessons at age 4. He started playing guitar when he was 13 and eventually picked up bass guitar, mandolin, banjo and pedal steel in high school. Following high school, he studied Classical Guitar at Hillsborough Community College and received an Associate of Arts degree there. He went on to study in the Jazz Studies program at the University of South Florida. 

In addition to teaching, Kyle is a busy working musician. He was employed as a musician at Busch Gardens in addition to preforming, recording and touring with various local original, cover, corporate and event bands. He has also appeared in several musical theater productions at the Straz Center’s Jaeb Theater including The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Godspell and High School Musical in addition to productions at various other local theaters. 

Kyle’s musical efforts have enabled him to open for various national acts over the years such as: Hootie And The Blowfish, Justin Moore, Daughtry, The Misfits, Josh Turner and Mofro & JJ Grey.
