Don't Panic, FIX IT!

Here are some of the easily fixed knitting problems that we’ll conquer today:
Importance of reading your knitting, Resetting stitches on the needle, Picking up dropped stitches, Correcting stitches in rows below, Making stitches look neater, Binding off loosely, Little tricks with stitch markers, Life lines, Gauge and those pesky swatches, Patterns, yarn labels and needle sizes
HOMEWORK IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
Before taking this class, you should have cast on between 25-30 stitches, using light colored, smooth worsted or dk weight yarn and appropriate needles. Work those for 10-15 rows in Stockinette Stitch (knitting on the public side, purling on the inside). Leave the stitches on your needles.
You should also bring your basic knitting tools with you to class. If you’re not quite sure what should be in your tool kit, that’s okay. Bring what you have. We’ll touch on the topic of fix-it tools as we go along.
