Returns Policy
Return requests must be received within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Original purchase receipt must accompany any returned item. Only the net purchase amount of the acceptable item(s) will be issued store credit. (Original purchase price less any discounts applied at the time of purchase.)
Acceptable return items must be in unopened condition with original packaging, if applicable (i.e pre-cuts).
Any fabrics that have been cut, altered, washed or used in any way are not eligible to be returned or replaced.
Fabrics returned must be stain, dirt, odor free and hair free.
Books and patterns may not be returned due to copyright laws.
All items purchased “on Sale”, “Clearance” or “Remnant” are FINAL.
