Store Policies
Art Supply Returns:

Returns are accepted within two weeks of purchase with receipt, in resaleable condition (unopened and unused).

Without a receipt, in resaleable condition, we offer in-store credit.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pens, markers, or books.

Pens and markers must be tested before leaving the store. We are unable to refund or exchange pens and markers once they leave our store, including for defects that may occur after purchase.
Gift Cards:

Gift cards do not expire.

However, very old gift cards (15+ years) with long magnetic strips are no longer readable with our current system. If you bring in one of these older cards, we will offer a 10% discount on your purchase in lieu of accepting the card.
Shipping:

Once an order leaves our store, we are not responsible for the condition of the shipment.

If your package is damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS.
Special Orders:

Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective at the time of pickup.
Custom Framing Policies
Custom Orders:

Custom framing orders are non-refundable once placed.

We dedicate time during the consultation to ensure your design selections and specifications meet your expectations. Please express all questions or concerns at the time of your consultation.

If we make a mistake or craftsmanship is flawed, we will correct it at no charge.

If you are unhappy with your design choices after completion, we are happy to work with you to modify your project, typically at a discounted rework rate.
Framing Turnaround Times:

Most framing orders take between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the materials chosen.

If you require a quicker turnaround, please let us know during your consultation so we can offer options.
Deposits and Cancellations:

Framing deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

If no labor has yet been completed on the order, we may refund the balance minus the deposit.
Abandoned Orders:

Orders left longer than 1 year after completion will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
Class Policies
Class Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a refund.
Makeup Classes:

Makeup classes are offered at the discretion of the instructor. Please inquire individually.
Guest Instructors:

Classes taught by visiting (out-of-town) instructors are generally non-refundable.
