Watercolor II

Watercolor II is an advanced class using a full pallet of colors and an expanded use of techniques, with the focus on developing skills to help you create your own paintings. We paint a large variety of subject matter and most of the paintings take two or more classes to complete. This class can be taken over and over since we rarely paint the same subject more than once. Many of my artists in class call it cheap therapy!

Watercolor II Supplies:

• (all supplies from Watercolor I with these additions below:)

• M. Graham Watercolor Paints:

• Alizarin Crimson

• Cadmium Yellow Light

• Cadmium Yellow

• Cerulean Blue

• Dioxazine Purple

• Nickel Quinacridone Gold

• Turquoise (or cobalt turquoise or phthalo turq.)

• Ultramarine Blue

• Brushes:

• Same as Watercolor I

• Scrubber Brush ?’

• Other Supplies:

• Masking Fluid, one with a gray tone if available and a cheap brush to apply fluid.

• Rubber Cement Pick up

• 1 sheet of Arches 140 CP paper cut into 8x10" sheets
